A plain-language account of how Alkemia handles data in its internal Google Ads API operations system.

1. Scope
This policy describes how Alkemia Growth Hacking Lab accesses, uses, stores and shares data through its internal Google Ads API operations and measurement system. The system is used only by authorized Alkemia staff to provide advertising services to authorized clients.
2. Google data we access
Depending on the authorized account and requested work, the system may access Google Ads account structure, campaign settings, budgets, bidding, ads, assets, keywords, search terms, locations, schedules, conversion actions, delivery status and aggregate performance metrics. We do not use the tool to retrieve end-user passwords or authentication secrets.
3. Source and authorization
Google data is accessed only after an account owner or authorized administrator grants Alkemia access through Google Ads and OAuth. The tool is not offered for public self-service use, and Alkemia does not permit third parties to use its developer token or credentials.
4. How we use Google data
We use this data only to provide or improve the advertising-management services requested by the relevant client: auditing performance, investigating conversion tracking, identifying delivery or budget problems, preparing account-specific optimization proposals, applying explicitly approved changes, verifying results and maintaining an implementation record.
5. Prohibited and limited uses
Google user data is not sold, syndicated, used to build an independent data product, used to determine creditworthiness, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not use it to target or serve advertising outside the authorized client's account-management purpose. Alkemia's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Sharing, transfer and disclosure
Google data is not sold or made available to the public. It may be disclosed only to the client that owns or controls the relevant account; authorized Alkemia personnel who need it to deliver the service; contracted infrastructure providers acting under confidentiality, security and data-processing obligations; or authorities when disclosure is legally required. Service providers may not use the data for their own purposes.
7. Storage and security
OAuth credentials and developer-token secrets are stored in an encrypted secret store and are excluded from reports, chat output and source control. Access is limited to authorized operators. Production changes use structured, allow-listed actions and are recorded with their target, result and rollback path.
8. Retention and deletion
Operational data and audit evidence are retained only for as long as needed to provide the authorized service, maintain accountability, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. When that need ends, the data is deleted or securely destroyed. Clients may request deletion of Google data under Alkemia's control by emailing david@alkemia.mx; requests are handled within a reasonable period, subject to contractual and legal retention requirements.
9. User choice and access
Clients can revoke Alkemia's Google Ads account access from Google Ads at any time. They may also contact Alkemia to ask what data is held, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern.
10. Policy updates and contact

11. Google API Services User Data Policy
Alkemia's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
