1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern Alkemia Operations, an internal advertising-operations and measurement system maintained by Alkemia Growth Hacking Lab. The system supports Alkemia's professional services and is not a public or self-service software product.
2. Authorized use
Access is limited to authorized Alkemia personnel working on accounts that a client has authorized Alkemia to manage. Users must comply with the client's instructions, Google Ads policies, applicable law, Alkemia security procedures and the access boundaries assigned to them.
3. Account ownership and permissions
Clients retain ownership and control of their Google Ads accounts and data. Clients may revoke Alkemia's account access at any time. Authorization to manage one account does not authorize access to any other account.
4. Controlled production changes
The system may prepare account-management changes, but production execution requires review and explicit approval by an authorized Alkemia operator. Proposals identify the target, current and proposed state, risk, rollback and monitored metrics. Execution is followed by a postcheck and implementation record.
5. Prohibited conduct
Users may not share credentials or developer tokens, bypass approval controls, access accounts without authorization, expose client data publicly, resell Google data, use the system for unlawful purposes or attempt to create unrestricted API mutation access.
6. Privacy and data handling
Use of Google data is governed by Alkemia's Privacy Policy. By authorizing Alkemia, a client confirms that it has authority to provide the relevant account access and understands how Alkemia uses that access to deliver the requested services.
7. Availability and changes
Alkemia may update, suspend or restrict the system to protect accounts, comply with policy or law, maintain security, or improve operations. API availability may also depend on Google services and permissions outside Alkemia's control.
8. Relationship with Google
Alkemia Operations is operated by Alkemia Growth Hacking Lab. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Google LLC. Google Ads and Google APIs remain subject to Google's own terms and policies.
9. Contact and updates
Questions about these terms may be sent to david@alkemia.mx. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law or platform policy requires otherwise.
